📌 Do you accept insurance?

We are considered out-of-network providers, which means some clients can receive reimbursement through their insurance using a “super bill.” If you’re unsure whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits, just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the steps to submit for reimbursement.

📌 How do I check for 'out of network' benefits?

Please call the customer service number on your insurance card (have your card available when you call). Select the option for benefits or eligibility and speak to a live person.

Tell them you would like to work with an out of network provider (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) for in person and/or online psychotherapy and you want to know your "out of network benefits" for psychotherapeutic services. You are not looking for medical or inpatient services.

If you do have out of network benefits, ask if the following codes are covered: 90791, 90834, and 90837. Tell them you will be paying the provider up-front and ensure it is clear that they will be reimbursing you and not us.

Ask them what the procedure is for you to get reimbursed:
- Do they have a form you need to fill out?
- Do you need a letter from us with a receipt?
- What kind of documentation do they need from your provider?
- Where do you send the documentation?
- How long you have to submit for reimbursement?

Please write down notes on your call to reference later:
- The phone number you called.
- The name of the person you spoke with.
- Date of call, start time and end time of your call.
- Any reference numbers or case numbers they give you
